 I cannot give you the answer, but I can tell you my experience. I had
beings
visiting me and helping me to clear my chakra's. I also felt great love and
respect for them. In my case I was told where they came from, I seemed to
have contacted Sirius and gotten into contact with high beings from over
there. They helped me to unblock mayor blocks in my third chakra, so that
energy started streaming in and out again. Then later on I also felt beings
around my bed from elsewhere, guiding me and looking after me, I don't know
from where.

 All I can say - I had no control over that but felt I could trust them - I
think that is the main important feeling to follow! If you felt that - I'm
sure what they did to you will be to help you, maybe with clearing too, like
myself.

 Otherwise - welcome to you on this list, there are many who can help you
here, since many have genuine experiences on this list, on
Kundalini-awakening, but there might be others who have similar experience
like you and me with alien visitors and higher beings as well.
