Please everyone, don't get all fired up over this nizoral thing. If you read
my post you will see that Ketaconazole is the active ingredient in Nizoral.
Ketaconazole in the form I took it in is an internal anti-fungal. It is
still used internally, in tablet form. I took it 7 years ago, under a
doctors supervision, and unfortunately I had a very serious allergic
reaction. That is the only reason I posted. I don't believe it was (or has
been) tested enough, like many other things. The active ingredient is at 2%
only in the shampoo. Check out the url I gave in my last post also:

No-one has been drinking shampoo, lol!
I personally am not into pharmaceuticals or doctors, and it was a long ago
attempt to deal with the dreaded candida overgrowth. I use caprylic acid
now. I'm sure the shampoo works very well, having read up on it since
posting. Sometimes we have to weigh the drawbacks of the things we take for
relief against our ability to deal with stress, pain and discomfort anyway.
