No, no, Sue, that's not where I'm coming from. I know I'm in some sort of
process and I welcome it, most of the time.

These definitely sound similar to my experiences over the past year. Lots of
old fears have bubbled up for me to deal with. I have been trying to
meditate regularly and have returned to yoga, although it took a while to get
my courage up about it. I think yoga classes I took years ago started my
awakening, though I did not know it at the time. I would go pretty deeply
into a bliss state during the class and then have strange breathing problems
afterward, like I wasn't able to breathe deeply enough.

I know what you mean. I think some changes I made last year that were in
some ways perilous, but I HAD to make, encouraged the spiritual experiences
to start up somehow.

Yes, I think I do, Sue, thank you for sharing it.

I would like to know more about this. I'm not sure what a "lightworker"
is/does, but I have heard the term before. For what it's worth here, the
funny thing is that throughout my life I have been drawn to metaphors and
images of illumination. A couple of recent examples: before all this started
I had been working on a historical novel about a woman lighthouse keeper. On
my bedroom wall I had the John Singer Sargent painting "Carnation, Lily,
Lily, Rose," in which two little Victorian girls are lighting paper lanterns
in a garden. I have written a screenplay in which a woman is drawn to a
light coming out of the dark woods behind her house. I don't know if there's
some connection here at all, but it's kind of interesting. If anyone can
tell me more about what lightworkers do, I'd like to know.

My husband suggested that maybe my spirit is becoming somehow cleaner and
stronger and my old toxic body is struggling to be a suitable container for
it.

Already doing this!

I will try this.

Oh yes, this has been a big help for me. I just wish I had "in person"
people to connect with about this!

Bless you, Sue. Thank you.
