Let me give you some insights from having been on the other side of
this equation. I have had a number of people who were awakened by Shaktipat
through me, who later insisted that I was in love with them and resistant,
and that my astral self, as you put it, was visiting them. They were so
determined that they were right, they turned into stalkers who simply will
not hear "no" for an answer.
I am not always aware of what that part of me is up to.., after all, it
is outside of time and can do many things at once, where my conscious mind
must process in linearity... I have also discovered that it is not good at
saying no to what people ask of it... it is sometimes a slave to
shaktipat, in service to the Divine within others.
But I am pretty sure that the manifestations are caused by their own
unconscious Divine Beloved, masquerading as me to get their attention. On
one occasion, I finally got frustrated with stalker behavior that had been
going on for years, and had a chat with someone's DB to explain I was not
consenting to have my image used in this way. That time, it seemed to work.
Whether your old friend's astral self really is visiting you or not, his
ego self has said no, and you have to respect that. Not try to get around
it by seeking out a psychic to bypass his lack of ego consent and connect
with spirit directly. If it is meant to be, Goddess has it handled and you
need do nothing, She will lead him to your feet. I feel that that is
unlikely... and it is best if you assume so. Your job is to respect what
his ego has chosen. If he shows up, in spirit wish him blessings on his
marriage and send him away.
I think at this point, your K. is moving on It's own, and you associate
it with him but he is not really part of the equation. If you want to
change the attachment, the best way at this point may be to exchange it for
a better one. Trying not to think of something never works, choosing to
think of something else, persistently will work. When the energy rises,
focus on allowing it, focus on your Deity of choice, but not on another
person. Get an icon to focus on, if that will help you. It may be a symbol
like a crucifix, or an idol like a statue of Buddha, or as simple as a
candle flame. Whatever you choose to focus on, synchronicities will appear
to guide you. Synchronicities are co-creation, your thoughts affect them.
They reflect you.
