Hi, Mystress,

I get potassium cravings, too (though I don't have moon cycles) and I have
found that keeping a can of tomato juice in the refrigerator and pouring
off a cup when I find myself hungry even though I've eaten works for me.
Not as tasty as molasses cookies! (but quicker to get :-) I also take an
herbal supplement (Multi Vit-Min by Solaray) to try to keep my body stocked
up on the essentials as much as possible.

I hadn't realized that. I usually have a quarter-cup of raisins with my
morning oatmeal and I haven't had that breakfast the last week and found
myself hitting the tomato juice yesterday. You just caused a lightbulb to
go on in my head! Thanks!

Is that what little blisters on the base of the fingers are? I get that
periodically (in fact, I currently have it on my right index and right ring
fingers) but never stopped to figure out a diagnosis because I treat
homeopathically so I don't need a diagnosis, just a symptom picture. (In my
case, it usually happens when I'm not focusing as much energy on my writing
projects as I truly want/need to.)

ANYWAY, excema. Who'd have thought? I never would have associated the word
in a million years. (Then again, it's illegal for me to diagnose and
prescribe, so I've gotten out of the habit of putting names on conditions.)

Love,
Magdalene
