    I occasionally do a colour meditation of my chakras, and I recommend it
to my clients. I suggest they use the clear rainbows of a CD as a focus,
and work their way up through the chakras, focusing on each colour filling
them from a very bright point at the chakra itself.. fill the chakra then
the aura then the room, then shrink it down to nothing and let it grow back.

    Bringing the orange of duality into the white-violet of non duality
would result in a creativity jump and some emotional chaos as the content
of duality gets processed in non duality.

    Finding outlets for all the creative energy is a full time job... K. is
creative energy. During the 5 years of spiritual winter during early
adulthood, I lost most of my creative ability... could not draw or paint
worth spit during those years.
    As for thought processes... the best thought is none at all, in my
experience.
