Very interesting stuff about Anja and the sinuses. I will look more
into that. I think that is what I may have experienced.

I noticed some time ago that if I am stuffed up in the sinuses/nose,
if I relax and direct my intention to clearing that area, primarily so
I can breath well, it will clear right up. I've since realized how it
is about energy flow. For a long time I did this practice more as a
way to feel better and breath than anything else. I now see its
connection to k energy. I may have been opening up a channel there
that finally, a few weeks ago, "burst" in a very pleasant way and
opened up a flow of energy and oxygen that was astounding, which was
the k energy. It didn't stay that open, though there's more energy
flowing which I feel as subtle tingling trickles than before. I think
I tend to progress gradually as my body can take it and sometimes the
things I do are not intellectually intended to create k energy flow
but to be my healthiest and they lead to the same thing anyway. It is
nice to put a name to it Ajna, and I will be looking into that area to
learn more about it. It certainly is the center of a lot of activity
for me. My other chakras centers have been buzzing for some time now,
so I got used to them. This one surprised me. Though in an entirely
welcome and pleasant way. Thanks for the great information.
