After already getting the K I picked up a book called:
"Kundalini for Beginners" (The shortest Path to Self Realization) by
Ravindra Kumar, Ph.D. I also have a fantastic Yoga teacher. She has many
tapes and CD's that work on each chara. Her name is Melinda Ann Peterson
this is in Idaho . . but Melinda is quite famous and has worked with
Hollywood stars in California. She now lives in Pocatello, ID. And quite
frankly the people she was connected with still come here to her. ( She is

She could help you pick out the right tool to help with whatever blocks you
