Hello! This happened to me the first time I had a K rise the energy lasted for about a month and disappeared (I think that means it was like a partial rising or something) Anyway it came back about 2 months later and wow ever since then it has been strong as a matter of fact it has been stronger this time than last and I dont think it is going away this time it has very much been life altering.
