I can't honestly say Kundalini has a form for myself. It feels like constant
change through many stages, sometimes I'm laughing, sometimes I'm burning.
Mostly though, I feel more and more like my "self" is gone, like I am
constantly emptying out so I can get closer and closer to a feeling that is
whole.

I was wondering the other day...has anyone else experianced changes in what
makes them laugh? These crazy jokes run though my mind sometimes, they are
lonly jokes though because no one else is laughing...Then when I laugh, my
whole world laughs as well, even those who are frowning are really just
kidding their inner selves...at least until I start crying again...
