High blood pressure is usually caused by stress, and the stress is
caused by your resistance to the process.

Susan read my mind, only better about the possibility that this is
partly a physical problem caused by nutritional deficiencies. Calcium
shortage, yes... I also find a lot of vegetarians get leg pains and cramps.
The body needs meat. I cooked and ate a steak while I worked on you.

Of course it is. You know it. Find it, face it, surrender it.

<shrug> Kundalini is two serpents in a double helix like the cadeucus.
Ida and Pingala. If one gets ahead of the other then you get the symptoms
of heat and high metabolism. Gopi Krishna had the same problem and wrote
several books about it, that reflect how it traumatised him. I usually do
not recommend his books, but for you they might be of value. At one point
he was eating something like 40lbs of sugar cane every day.

Lying there angry all night, is not trying to control? Of course it
is. Your whole K. history is the story of your trying to control it with
medications, meditation and a lot of anger. Kundalini is God-Goddess,
cosmic consciousnes... and going to war with that, is bound to get your ass
kicked.

Good! I am glad to hear it. We did all that could be done, for you...
for where you are at. I think spending more time at my websites would serve
you better than asking me all your questions. I can tell you about
surrender, but nobody but you can choose to actually do it.
I had to give Jason a scrub the day after, because some of your stuff
was lingering in him, giving him a fuzzy brain. Which means, that you did
not really let it go. Just part of his learning curve... My own vibe is
higher and cleaned itself.

I can only do it, if you let me.. and you resisted.

Sure.. it is coming up to be released.

    Of course.

Of course.. the cramping-kriyas are the processing. Usually people
continue to process for three days to a week after I work with them, like I
did with you.

> I will write some more later and tell you if anythingelse will occur.

I think I have done all I can for you, but I am sure the list is very
interested in your process. Feel free to share your experiences. Thanks for
posting.
 Blessings...
