This list generates roughly 175 megs per day in bandwidth. Five to six gigs
of traffic per month.

Speaking as someone who owns a couple of servers and hosts several sites
and lists, I can say that from a commercial provider, that level of service
would cost $15-$20/month.

While I feel blessed that Yahoo offers this service for no more cost than
having to read some advertisementss, I wouldn't expect it to be free forever
and I certainly wouldn't feel I had some kind of entitlement to other
people's bandwidth like that.
