Welcome! I can't imagine how difficult it must have been for you not having
folks to talk with about Kundalini for 21 years!!

Your question has absolutely stumped me. There is indeed suffering that
comes with Kundalini and plenty of pain that comes with the emotional and
spiritual growth that Kundalini demands. To my small "I," my ego, there is
nothing great about Kundalini because it just means constant loss. I'm not
one of those who enjoys fantastic meditations or ongoing states of bliss.
But when I ask myself, would I rather see or not see, know or not know, there
is no question about wanting to approach truth -- just because it is there
and beckons. I don't think we have a choice. Sometimes I see us Kundalites
as experiments or energy transmitters or embodiments of a love that is so
huge we as human beings will never be able to fully perceive the benefits of
our transformation. Maybe I'll never understand the "good" in any of this,
but Kundalini woke me up and now I can't imagine living a lesser life. Holly
