I just saw the list of common manifestations of the risen Kundalini,
I cannot believe it, I have experienced everything on the list, but
whats worrying me right now is the pain or twinges of pain coming
from my heart area, this is the latest symptom, or am i having signs
of a heart attack, i'm only 30!.
