Hello! I had a terrible kundalini erruption the night b4 last worst
than any of my past ones I am still so shaky and like a light bulb
but even worst is this time it all seems to be based in my heart
chakra I am so on edge I have tons of anxiety and just want to cry I
have been releasing these very strong feelings of fear and I just
feel like I have a big lump in my chest I am so miserable this chakra
seems to be dominating my life right now.
