Ahhhh! :)) The BLISS itch! I have that one. Luckily it is only a small
spot on my right knee. I see it as just one more pleasure center that I have
to treat with care and moderation. You might try "scratching" with only your
finger tips. If you must use nails, try an extremely light feathery touch
and concentrate on the bliss. :))

I remember my mother having a spot on her hand she used to scratch to the
point of bleeding. I learned from her sore hand that I had to keep mine
under control. I don't know if this is much help, but at least you are not
alone!
