Maybe your hot red snake has gotten ahead of your cool blue snake.
Encourage the blue snake by thinking blue. Imagine an electric blue aura,
cool blue lakes, streams, icebergs, wear blue clothes.

    It made me a whole lot healthier. I used to get colds and flu all
winter... now sometimes I will feel a little odd for a day or two as my
body makes antibodies, but that is it.
    Thinking... I am not sure if the improved health is a side effect of K.
or my Shamanic awakening. I have always been awakened, but I have been a
Shaman since 1993, and it is since then that I have had a gradual
improvement in my health.

    Sure!

I used to have excema, but it rarely shows up anymore. I have a lot of
allergies, but I consider them a side effect of being a sensitive being and
have learned to handle them.

    In my own way. Getting grounded and talking to the heart voice. Getting
grounded and surrendering any place of tension I feel. Observing the
conversation between mind and body. Noticing how the thoughts affect the
body and surrendering any place that twitches or tenses up in response to
my thoughts. Keeping my energy clear and flowing is essential to
maintaining my immune system.
