Depends on who you compare it too - physically I am quite healthy at 39,
apart from weak intestines as a result of too many amoebes and bacteria on
my travels and probably most of all too much antibiotics at that time, - and
hayfever.
Having severe moodswings - manic episodes and being very vulnerable to
stress and other peoples emotional problems is a different story. That's why
I am here on this list anyway!

Bipolar disorder 1 - which is considered an illness I guess

After and as a result of (I know now)

I did when I had my K-awakening. Ocassionally I still do in retreats, but
mainly try to meditate/reflect in daily life, take some inner time. At times
my life feels like one big meditation actually, especially the last few
years.
