Physically, yes. Apart from heavy colds and dodgy sinuses, have had various
minor mysterious conditions that come and go, and that have flummoxed the
docs, but that I now know to be common physical manifestations of K.

Recurrent depression, though I don't consider it an illness anymore.

> Was this before or after K awakening (if applicable)?

Began at the same time. Flip side of the coin.

> Do you meditate?

No. Never have apart from a bit of TM just before K awakened.
