Woudl someone like to tell me what the benefits are of having active 'K'.

I'm told it's a blessing. I understand that its not a gift bestowed upon saints alone and I'm sure that it has some potentially uncomfortable side effects. But I would be very interested to hear what there is on the plus side.

I'm also interested to know if anyone has a partner that they can share their K experiece with without any stigma or judgement or is thsi something that can only be understood by people in the K club?

p.s. Sofia, I've had a blockage in my throat too the last few days. It feels like trapped energy, a bit like having a lump in my throat and makes me feel a little bit sick.
