I experience these shivers pretty regularly, but it zips upwards. I don't
have any explanation for you, except that it probably clears blockages.

My only guess is that K wants you regulate your breathing in some way. This
tilt may be forcing you to take in less oxygen. Just a guess.

The energy seems to be super strong right now, which is odd, because the moon
is just a beautiful sliver of a crescent--not nearly full. This strong energy
could explain why you are feeling contacted more than usual right now.
Emily, Susan and I all seem to be feeling it very strongly also. Don't know
what is going on! :)) Perhaps the spirit contacting you has given you some
information?
