Hi everyone,
I've been K awakened for a few years now and I'm
finding there is the cycle between the wonderful highs
and balance and then the drop down into depression,
clearing, learning.

What I'm worried about is the affect it has on my
physical body. When I'm balanced and everything is
going well I eat correctly, exercise....love myself
and become my own lover when not with a partner.

This seems to open me up and brings in more light and
love...which then starts another round of clearing,
emotional upheaval.....the rug gets pulled out from
under my feet so to speak. I'm sure everyone goes
through the same cycle.

I feel good, start to get healthy....and the cycle
starts again...my body barely has time to recover from
the depression and addictive eating habits...the
stress of reliving old wounds as they clear ....my
health deteriorates.

I'm in my late 40's now and the physical body doesn't
recover as quickly as it used to :))

I feel I'm doing something wrong, there must be a way
to deal with the process so that I can keep my
physical body healthy to sustain me through the low
times.

I always surrender to the process, now I wonder if
thats correct. Should I be doing some form of
breathing exercises or energy manipulation so that the
clearings are more manageable?

I don't think I could ever control K.....but is there
a way of working with it that makes the impact less
severe? I'm sure you all know how it can affect every
area of our lives, work, relationships....

Which leads me to more questions.....How do we deal
with K in our Western society...when the boss doesn't
understand we're clearing a trauma from childhood and
can't work productively? How to we deal with our
families when we're depressed and don't want to get
out of bed in the morning?

Any advice?
