Welcome Paco, we are pleased to know you! Seems to me whatever questions you
have are already being answered by yourself very well. By all means use this
list to ground yourself. No doubt somebody will also point you toward
Mystress Angelique's grounding exercise (I don't have the url right now but I
think you can get there through the kundalini-gateway website).

In my own experience: I found that when the inner floodgates opened I had to
pretty much let the siddhis, e.t.'s, magical paths, and so forth, float on by
in order to stay grounded. I used this list, my compulsive reading and, most
of all, the inner guru to stay afloat. I think you are absolutely right when
you say the savior and the spiritual warrior are spiritual archetypes that
come along with awakening. The spiritual warrior archetype is enormously
helpful, though, in keeping one disciplined and focused. The savior
archetype is a little more complicated, I think. When the ground of being
floods the human personality, the ego can't help but be inflated before it is
transformed into a servant of the larger whole. I think, however, that when
this happens to us, we are actually getting a glimpse of our own divinity and
its limitless capacity for love of all creation. Of course we want to save
and heal everything in sight! But as the process goes on, it becomes obvious
that we can't serve if we are still trying to run the show. I've come to
understand that the more ordinary the human being, the greater the vessel she
can be for God. Eventually there is almost nobody home. I told a friend of
mine that after struggling for individuation during the first half of life, I
now felt like I was dis-individuating and becoming a generic human being!

  Love, Holly (brand X)
