Dear Emily,
Fellow Hungry Ghosts,

We can facilitate your growth.
A monk I know of decided to not sleep
until he became enlightened (a traditional Zen practice)
After a few days he fell through a pane of glass
undergoing a brain seizure and ended up in hospital.
A Sufi practice is to draw a circle around one and
spend 40 days praying to God for help.
Pagans and Shaman practices use a similar approach.
A notable Sufi Saint was successful with this after his third attempt
- he was 70 at the time.
If you practice yoga or meditation for 16 hours a day
for a couple of years, you will end up connected
- though to what nobody can be sure.
Have you tried fasting
- 40 days is good?
Or trance induction
or [insert fav fad]
I hope this info will inspire you.
After all it is easy to 'get somewhere'
however 'getting somewhere' is no
direction for those on the spiritual path.
Are you on the path?
Or are you excitedly jumping up and
down wondering what weird and wonderful
nonsense will keep you occupied for a while?
Q: Do you know why most people think the
New Agers are a weird lot?
A: Because they are.

However if you really want to know
the quality you need at present
