Subject: [K-list] Do we evolve faster with high voltage Kundalini?

Hello all :)

I have a question.

Do you think that the K process goes faster when the K energy is very
intense?

I am asking because I'm anxious to 'get somewhere', to become more
connected, to gain more insights, to know my path. I've been trying to jack
up the K in order to do this. But I was wondering if feeling the energy
strongly had any connection to growing faster, to evolving faster? Would I
evolve just as quickly by keeping the K energies low?

I would really appreciate it if anyone could answer this. I haven't been
able to find an answer anywhere.
