Hi Jennifer and all,

i believe the K-process is about surrender.....
trying to control and direct the K-energy into a certain manifestation or
away from a certain manifestation can become dangerous in my eyes....
it might work if you are in connection with a master who is in total control
of the process inside of you.
I myself try to let the energy shine whereever it wants to shine on or
into.....i don't " judge" a certain level or think one level is " better" or
" higher develeped" than the other
