Dear Rebeckah,

Yes, I think so! I'm really sort of playing this one by ear. I'm re-reading
Lee Sannella's book, and one statement he makes is "My clinical data together
with Bentov's model allows me to highlight several more distinguishing
features [between psychosis and more positive psychic forces]. Sensations of
heat are common in kundalini states but are rare in psychosis."

I do know my metabolism seems to have changed dramatically. It's probably
simply due to doing Hatha Yoga, but I used to be always cold and now the cold
seldom bothers me even though I weigh the same.
