Dear Elizabeth,
 
There's a certain amount of what I call "New Age Puritanism" surrounding  
"attachment" to bliss/ecstasy. For me it just *is.*  Perhaps it *is* due to  
blocks in the lower chakras, I'm not sure, but for now I think I'll just  
enjoy it!  
 
Bringing up negative emotions is interesting, though. Perhaps it's just a  
reminder that these emotions are not necessarily "negative,"--and that in  
bringing them to a state of awareness the information can be used to help  
others.  Just a thought.
