- I've had the same dilemmas as you. I tend to be open about it without
ramming it down people's throats ie. all my friends are used to my talking
about my sychronicities, energies etc. And they're for the most part
interested or experiencing it themselves to a degree. A few friends dismiss
it all as psychobabble, but you just learn who you are, and aren't
comfortable mentioning stuff to.

It can be surprising actually. I find that often the most unexpected people
actually want to know more, without necessarily giving away that part of
themselves too much ...... I feel a big role in my life is as a
disseminator of experience and information, in an everyday, easy going kind
of way.

I'm lucky with my family. They've always been open minded about such
matters, and my mum's a long time dabbler in things eastern... My sister is
now very much on the same road as me, and I've recently explained Kundalini
to both her and my parents, and have had a very opened minded and supportive
response.
