Dear Sherri,

For me, heat flashes are definitely part of the K "syndrome," and I'm well
past menopause! Heat, churning, head explosions, ear buzz, odd breath
patterns, pleasure/ecstasy rush and catalepsy, all seem to come together--not
necessarily in that order, and not always together, but heat is almost always
part of the strongest energy surges.

K *is* sometimes suspected of bringing on early menopause, though, part of
the physiological changes Chris speaks of. Do you all sense a poll coming
on?? LOL
