What are you doing at the computer? You are supposed to be resting
your freshly lazered eyes! LOL!! I did not know you were legally blind...
being able to see must be so miraculous! This really is a beautiful world.

    As the party wound down late last night and I was left surrounded by
only my closest and oldest friends, plus the warm presence of those dear
ones like you, who came in spirit but left their bodies at home.. I spent
some time counting my blessings. I could not think of a better birthday...
most are unmemorable and soon forgotten. This one was perfect, and really
magical. this has been a tough year, in many ways. Looking back to just
this Fall's chaos on a global and personal level... Then farther back to
June's sailing trip and my castle in the air vanishing like smoke. Yet, all
of that seems resolved now and I am celebrating a renewed and multiplied
sense of peace and grace. New sense of direction, with an affirming flow of
synchronicity and abundance to carry me along. I feel at ease with myself
again, balanced and very content. Blessed!

   I have a lot to be grateful for.

   This week, especially on Friday I was motivated to rearrange my house a
bit, do a lot of things I can been thinking of for a while, but not gotten
to, yet. Rearranged the furniture, got rid of a lot of clutter and put up
some art. I can only describe the result as much better Feng shui! I am
not done yet. There are 2 nearly identical bedrooms at either end of the
top floor of this house. The south one is my bedroom and the north one I
use for sewing and crafts... I have decided to switch them around, and I am
looking forward to the results.

(and at that point I got up from my desk and started on that project, and
this post was left languishing unfinished in my outbox for days...)

    I had a really fab B-day, the best in recent memory. Thanks Susan, and
to all who sent me well wishes! Eventually, there will be some silly
pictures and things up here:
