Depends on what you mean by safe! LOL! Two gentle methods I'd feel
comfortable recommending are, of course :)) , Angelique's grounding page

And also John Selby's book Kundalini Awakening, A Gentle guide to Chakra
Activation and Spiritual Growth.

I don't have any actually data as to the effectiveness of the latter. If
anyone has found it useful I'd love to hear. It's a nice book, in any case.
