interesting, given the "nondenominational" nature of this list, is the 3rd  
point, below. There is no-one who said they exclusively draw inspiration  
from their native religion. It really validates the idea that Kundalini  
transcends religion, and helps you to see the universal nature of  
spirituality. Lovely!
