Dear Elizabeth, Melanie,

Computer and other electrical problems are so common with K energy, that
Mystress has a bubble spell for computer protection! :))

K energy can be physically extremely powerful. People have been thrown out
of bed by the force of the energy

Maybe a bit of both. K energy is known for causing kriyas, and although they
are often mild, they can be startlingly strong, sometimes forcing the body
into various strange positions, etc. Usually, in time, the energy seems to
gradually work out the kinks or blocks in the body that traditionally are
thought to cause these kriyas. Perhaps new pathways form so as to more
easily encompass the force of it. I think practices such as Hatha Yoga Qi
Gong, etc. help to relax and stretch the spine and other parts of the body in
order to more easily work the energy through. Relaxing and surrending to it
is the best way of managing it.

The fact that it's completely painless for you seems to me a good sign. :))

Love, Hillary
