The following Kundalini-Gateway poll is now closed. Here are the
final results:

POLL QUESTION: Diet - Hot and Cold Showers - and more,
and its affects on Kundalini/Chakra
activity.

Please vote for as many choices as are
applicable, but only those which you
have experienced, not those which you
have only read about or might consider
doing. I don't do many of these myself
and my K can move mountains.

CHOICES AND RESULTS
- I find that the size meals I eat can effect on K., 13 votes, 6.95%
- I do NOT find that the size of meals has an affect on K., 6 votes, 3.21%
- I have never noticed K. being affected by the ammount of food I consume., 12 votes, 6.42%
- I consume smaller meals to facillitate more K activity. (Some literature on K recommends this), 5 votes, 2.67%
- I find that cold showers will stimulate K., 4 votes, 2.14%
- I find that hot showers will stimulate K., 7 votes, 3.74%
- I find that cold showers decrese my K/chakra activity., 2 votes, 1.07%
