by-products to be observed and released rather than persued. But these
things still need to be discussed and aired.

 I spent years terrified I was possessed because of the stuff I was seeing
when it came up my spine and out the top of my head. No supportive, info
giving e-mail discussion lists back in the mid 80's for a shit scared 18
year old. Hell I didn't even come across the word Kundalini until a few
years ago. If I can do anything to help others understand in any shape or
form this stuff then that's my duty. I'm 20 years into all this and I still
know fuck all about it myself. Intuitive wisdom it gives you is one thing -
but getting your head round the whole deal is quite another - a lifetime's
work and the more help we can give each other the better - so say I. Never
stiffle discussion!! Free speech on the net!

Hmph! Now I'm angry too!
