Hi Sherri,

I haven't heard about pointing north but I know that occassionally I
have to change the head of my bed around the room. It just feels
uncomfortabe energetically at times so I have to change the direction
I am lying in. If I can't move the bed sometimes I have to sleep with
my head at the foot of the bed. This happens every 6 months or so.
