You are so delightful, Paul. You have very yummy energy. :) It
probably doesn't seem fair that I get some from you when I taste your
energy and you don't think you are.

This is just a learned behavior for many people, learning to amplify
what you feel and listening to the body's wisdom. I could probably
give you some lessons but it may feel very sexual in nature. I don't
often have control over how people experience an energy exchange with
me. How they feel it is unique to them unless the intent of the
exhange is sexual.

I have had been in your position and it is frustrating feeling like
everyone around you is partying and you feel blindfolded and deaf and
like you are wearing a thick body glove. I bet your intuition already
gives you a lot of info about this but you are not familiar with it.

These are all just experiences and in experiences there is a trap if
we glorify them. I think of it as becoming an enhanced human being
but there are other qualities like love and compassion which you have
in abundance, which I value and treasure more. Most of all I value
*you*.
