Namaste All,IMO

There is only karma or action and prana or energy. Kundalini is really
just a job description. For K is really the universal mind of which we
are all small parts, and actually are, as trees make up the forest.

The five pranas in the body can be felt doing the business. K activity
is a cleansing process in the mind itself.

So the udana, apana, K etc in prana, are different functions of the
same force.......ONS...Tony.
