Hi to All!
The cat is out of the bag- may as well introduce
myself, my name is Helen. For over a week I've been
reading your sharing "from the heart" experiences and
enjoying your poetry. I respect in all religions, that
which is life affirming.

A word for aster [asking about the blue light]
This is your etheric body, I think of it as the
Celestial Robe. In a certain lighting one can see a
ribbon of blue light next to the skin while looking in
the mirror.Or, try this: sit in the sun, cup your face
with the palms of your hands- not quite touching- with
fingers slightly apart and softly gaze at the space
between the fingers. Many blessings, Helen.
