Hi everyone,

Thanks for the welcome...and thanks for the URL's
percyval, really helpful.. :))

My first question and its a little strange, but I
think many things associated with K can be strange :)

I'm clearing something that has been buried deeply...I
knew this would happen as when it first surfaced I
felt I couldn't handle it so I purposly pushed it all
back down. Wrong..I know :)

Now I know I have to deal with it and have been
meditating and using energy work to help get it all
back out.

Its just that since its started re-surfacing I've had
a terrible tickle in my left nostril...weird? lol..
I've never had anything like this before.

It may not be related..not sure. The tickle is very
very strong and irritating, makes me cough and sneeze,
my eyes water and I blow my nose trying to get rid of
the sensation...its the most annoying thing. Happens
suddenly then disappears just as quick.

Has anyone heard of this?...or is it something
unrelated and co-incidental?
