 Hello all,

 I'm so confused. I went to a lady that does energy work. I was led
to her, no doubts. She called in my guide. He showed up.
Unbeleivable..

 Anyways she said all my lower chakras where closed. Upper were open
more. Talked to me about this for a bit. Then I realised...

 I have never felt like I even belong on this planet.
 I have never felt any connection at all to anyone on this planet.
 I hate people.
 I hate this body.
 I hate this mind.
 I hate this reality.

 I can pop out of my body to do things pretty damn easily.
 I'd much rather be in astral space.
 I can talk to thing inside me, blocks, entities, whatever... But I
cant talk to people. Cant relate.

 This is all lower stuff. This higher stuff is actually hurting me
now. I'm always spinning away. I have nothing to hang on to. I feel
lost all the time. Like something is snapped off in my head.

 I need to bring the energy down.. I see talk of bringing it up...
But I need to do this in reverse.

 I'm thinking of just stopping all of this K stuff and working on
doing world things... ??? Drink beer? Watch lots of porn? Get into
drunken fights? Swear a lot? How do you do this? I think I have to
lower my energy... Haha.. reverse K.....
 
 Damn.. But you know I need the energy to heal my body and life. But
my mind and spirit needs less energy to ground and feel better.

 DAMNIT.

 What a twisted life I have... If I could have only been a rat, or an
ant or something...
