   I first felt my wings as a child, and started playing with telepathy,
wind and weather control in my early teens. Basic weather control is one of
the first things learned in most Mystery Schools, because it is an easy way
to build faith in your own power. The next thing you learn, is not to feed
your ego by messing with the weather. :) Weather is controlled by chaos
theory: a butterfly flapping its wings in Japan might be the first breeze
of what becomes a tornado in Kansas. Good for you to call up the wind when
you feel like it, but how do your experiments affect global weather patterns?
    Just because folks might not mention stuff, does not mean they have not
experienced it. It might mean they have already outgrown it.
