"My perspective is that karma is initially created when a person does 
something that harms another and the justifies then act.  Example, hitting 
someone because they hit you creates karma.  Of course this doesn't have to 
be just an individual, but could incompass a group or more.  The 
justification, or lie, is what maintians the energy in ones space and causes
