Hi,

I'm new here, although I visited this list a few years ago for a
short while. Anyway I thought I'd just re-introduce myself. About
13 years ago (gosh, so long now!) I had what I consider to be K
awakening, although at the time it was called "bipolar" - I knew
better :)

Lots of stuff happened, some very weird, a lot of body stuff, it
went on and on, but I'm going to make my intro brief and maybe
later I'll post the details if anyone's interested.

Anyway, the K energy has greatly subsided over the years. I have
had severe energetic blockages especially in my heart and
throat areas/chakras. However lately it has been much better.
For the past four or five years I have been fairly stable and
relatively "normal." Still have blockages but they have not
prevented me from my normal activities (whatever "normal is!).

Anyway, recently I've resumed meditating and it finally seems like
the right thing to do. I'm not following any particular group or guru
although I have done quite a bit of study of various teachings,
from Seth (Jane Roberts) to Yogananda. When I went through
my initial K storm, it was *totally* out of the blue, I was not
meditating nor pursuing spiritual avenues at all. Lately I seem to
be attracted to Hinduism and its variants, except for the
guru-disciple thing... I've been wondering if a "teacher" is poised
to appear or not...

So I just wanted to say "hi" to everyone here and it's very nice to
meet everyone...
