Hi list-

I just scampered up a ladder and painted a spot on the bedroom
ceiling, about 12 feet up. Wait, I forgot, I'm afraid of heights...
or I used to be. Wow. What a change!

Anybody else lost any phobias, deeply entrenched fears through
the k-rewiring?
