Hello!
My name's Mike. I'm 17 years old and live in
Scotland. I am currently studying Religion and
Philosophy in school. For this, I need to write a 5000
word dissertation and am currently carrying out some
research on this. I would like as many people as
possible to fill out the following questionaire. Some
questions may not be appropriate for all religions eg:
Buddhism as I am making the questions from the point
of view that religion is associated with a God. Please
fill in what is relevant to your religion or belief
system. Any help you can give will be very much
appreciated. Thank you:

2) What is your occupation?
3)hat country are you from? Please state-

4)What religion are you? Please state:

If Christian, Which branch of Christianity do you
follow?

5)Is this different from your upbringing: Y/N

6)If so can you give a brief explanation for your
conversion?

7) On a scale 0f 1-5 where 1 is not very active and 5
is devout and attending of church/mosque/temple etc,
how strong would you say your faith is?

8) How do you personally define the term "religious
experience?"

9)Do you believe in ghosts y/n
angels y/n

10) Have you or anyone you know ever had a religious
experience? eg: seen a ghost, voices, stigmata, felt
the presence of a higher being, near death experience,
presence through prayer, faith healing etc. If so,
please give a brief account

11) Do you personally believe that religious
experiences are proof for the existence of God?
