Hi Harsha - just wanted to say both you and Mystress have hit the nail on
the head. In a nutshell, this really sums up the potential danger -
certainly as I experienced it, whether that was by accident or design.

I don't know much about yoga, but I do worry about the proliferation of so
called 'teachers' - some even boasting of their very own techniques for
arousing K. Down here in ye olde south west of England (home to Stonehenge,
Glastonbury Tor, King Aurthur...), it's a veritable magnet for new age
practioners, some of whom have pretty dubious credentials I should imagine.
It does piss me off - it's egotistical, arrogant, highly irresponsible and
dangerous. I doubt if half of them have a clue of the magnitude of the
force they're toying with.

It's like with anything - if you're investing in an 'education', you take
care to find a highly qualified teacher who knows their stuff. The same
with yoga, rebirthing - anything like that.

I'll say no more on the subject.
siska.

What you say above makes sense siska. I have been busy the last few days but
will write something to address some points Jill raised earlier on
HarshaSatsangh.
