Hi! everyone

Can somebody tell me about Reiki teachings? In the town where I live, there are some people giving a 2 days training. Teachings about healing with energy and self healing. Can this be learned so fast? Can we all be *potencial healers* ? If I'm in the "K. process",
is this training suitable? Can this be dangerous in any way?
