Greetings

I joined to ask you some questions.

Am reading "Theories of the chakras: Bridge to higher consciousness" by Hiroshi Motoyama. Seems an eclectic work, combining tantra, the chinese meridians and scientific measurements.

Although I am working on my evolution I never had reason to consider Kundalini. What is it? It also seems one can make progress without much thought about the chakras. But maybe I am just being a ignorant. Why are these things important? I thought I'd put that question to a group that seems to be seriously involved.

Motoyama is showing techniques for waking Kundalini, but it seems to come uninvited, too. Is Kundalini always related to activities of the chakras?

Buzz, that's all from the New Bee.
